Our Story
More than a drive — it's a way of life.
The Smoky Mountain Carriage Club has been gathering neighbors, horse lovers, and heritage enthusiasts for years. We come together for scenic drives through mountains, friendly competitions, and the simple joy of a horse-drawn carriage/cart rolling through autumn leaves. Whether you're a seasoned whip or picking up the reins for the first time, you'll find a warm welcome here.
Based in the Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee, our club members share a deep love for the land, the horses, and the timeless tradition of carriage driving.

Summer Mountain Drive
A leisurely guided drive through one of the most scenic valleys in the Smokies. Open to all members and their guests.
Harvest Carriage Show
Our annual fall show celebrating the best of carriage driving. Judged classes, pleasure drives, and a potluck supper to follow.
Foliage Drive & Picnic
Peak autumn color in the mountains — a slow, beautiful drive followed by a picnic lunch at the trailhead meadow.
